On May 28, within the framework of the jubilee International Forum of business and government «Russian Retail Week» a working meeting of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of the Russian Association of Retail Market Experts took place.
The parties discussed opportunities for international cooperation, as well as the organization of the International Forum «Central Asia Retail Week» in autumn 2024 in the city of Tashkent. During the meeting, the Russian Retail Market Experts Association and the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan (MIIT) signed a memorandum of cooperation.
Foreign Trade Department of MIIT. The organizations signed the memorandum with the aim of sharing professional experience and new ideas, establishing and expanding partnerships with colleagues from different regions, as well as mutual support of projects in the field of retail trade.
In addition, MIIT will act as a co-organizer of the International Forum «Central Asia Retail Week».
