Accreditation of media representatives is a mandatory condition for access to the venues of Central Asia Retail Week, for which you need to register in the personal account and select “Media” as your activity profile.
The organizers have the right to refuse accreditation to a media representative without explanation.
The accreditation is valid for all days of Central Asia Retail Week from September 10 to 13, 2025.
Accreditation badges will be issued at the registration points of participants of Central Asia Retail Week from September 10 to 13, 2025.

Accreditation Rules

1. Accreditation of media representatives (hereinafter referred to as the media) for Central Asia Retail Week is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Mass Media” and these Rules in order to organize the work of media representatives. The organizing committee of Central Asia Retail Week reserves the right to refuse accreditatio
2. Only members of editorial teams (journalists, photographers, cameramen, technical staff) of active and officially registered media outlets are accredited for Central Asia Retail Week.
3. Only one journalist and one photo correspondent can be accredited from one print or online media. In cases where it is due to special production necessity, the press center may allow the accreditation of more representatives from one print or online media.
4. Accreditation does not entitle the distribution of advertising materials (leaflets, booklets, printed publications) on the territory of the Forum.
5. Accreditation gives the right to free access to the events of the Forum’s business program, where journalists will be provided with informational materials. Permission to attend other events of Central Asia Retail Week is issued by decision of the press center.
6. The Accreditation Badge is issued upon confirmation of accreditation. It must be worn throughout the work at the Forum, it is personal and not transferable to third parties.
7. The organizing committee of the Forum reserves the right to revoke the accreditation of a media representative in case of gross violation of professional ethics, as well as the dissemination of false information about Central Asia Retail Week.
   Accredited media representatives are kindly requested to inform the Central Asia Retail Week press center about the materials/reports that appeared following their work at Central Asia Retail Week and provide links if these materials are posted on the Internet.
